DigiCrusader is a digital and AI business coaching platform dedicated to helping founders and professionals build businesses and careers in the digital-first AI world.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DigiCrusader. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Who May Use DigiCrusader

Users aged 18 or older who agree to these terms and have a valid account may access all features of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

DigiCrusader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal or professional development purposes. You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Prohibited Activities: You must not use the platform to distribute spam, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, upload malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform’s normal functioning.

User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
DigiCrusader reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on DigiCrusader — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of DigiCrusader or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from DigiCrusader.

Platform Content

All original content, branding, and materials created by DigiCrusader remain exclusively owned by DigiCrusader.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the platform, you grant DigiCrusader a royalty-free licence to use and display that content on the platform.

Third-Party Tools

AI tools listed in the marketplace remain the IP of their respective owners. DigiCrusader is not responsible for third-party claims.

DMCA Compliance

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Report IP infringement to legal@digicrusader.com for prompt action.

  • 05— Payments

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features on DigiCrusader require payment. By purchasing a subscription or one-time product, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at DigiCrusader’s sole discretion in cases of technical failure attributable to our platform.

Secure Payments

All transactions are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

Auto-Renewal

You will be notified before any renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime from your account dashboard.

  • 06— Disclaimers

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

DigiCrusader provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiCrusader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

AI Tool Disclaimer: The AI tools listed in the DigiCrusader marketplace are provided by third parties. DigiCrusader does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any listed tool. Always verify AI outputs independently before making business decisions.

  • 07— Governing Law

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DigiCrusader is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

Jurisdiction

By using DigiCrusader, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in DigiCrusader's home jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
