Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means your ‘reason for being. ”Iki’ in Japanese means’ life,’ and ‘gai’ describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life purpose or your bliss. It’s what brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day.
And the reason that this module is structured around finding your Ikigai is that you need to think deeply about what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what could make you money – and where all these coincide is what your Ikigai would be. So, let’s go for some deep exploration within and outside over the next four days.
Day 2 – WHAT YOU LOVE? (INTERESTS)
On Day 2, we will go back into your life and explore your interests. This will need some deep thinking from your end, and I will guide you through the process.
Day 3 – WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT? (SKILLS)
On Day 3, we will explore what you are good at. This is important to understand the intersection of your interests with your skills.
Day 4 – WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS? (OPPORTUNITY)
On Day 4, we will take an external world view and try to understand the size of the opportunity related to the areas where there is a commonality between your skills and interest. This would give you a jumpstart as an entrepreneur as you will be playing to your core advantage.
Day 5 – WHAT WOULD MAKE MONEY? (BOTTOMLINE)
On Day 5, we will further explore which idea makes the most sense from a commercialization standpoint. As we intend to launch a successful online business that pays, and that’s what we will double down on today. 😊
MODULE 3 – SOLID RESEARCH TO START AN ONLINE BUSINESS
Now we are into serious business. We need to go deep and understand the area we have zeroed in on in the last phase of our challenge. This phase is all about research into the market, the customer, the competition and building on your core UVP (unique value proposition) to launch a successful online business.
Day 6 – FIND YOUR MICRO-NICHE
On Day 6, we will fish for the micro niche within the niche you have identified for your business. This is extremely critical to build a successful online business that pays.
A micro niche is a highly specific business offering. Micro niches drill down from niches, which are already segmented out from a larger market. A micro niche is a specification within a broader area to segment your audience. This is an essential strategy for your success. After all, having a specific, segmented niche helps you convert more!
Day 7 – PROFILE YOUR DREAM CUSTOMER
On Day 7, we are going to talk all about your target audience – your dream customer. This will be super important for any business, as customer obsession is the key behind most successful online businesses like Amazon.

From keywords to backlinks to marketing strategies, we will look at these aspects deeply on this day.

In this phase, we will build the skeleton of your business. Till now, you have become conversant with your dream customer, where they congregate, what they like and dislike, what is your value proposition, how are your competitors or leaders in the wider category operating as a business.
Now you need to look at how you would like to run your online business. Let’s get started.
Day 10 – IDENTIFY THE BUSINESS MODEL
Kudos on making it till Day 10. On this day, we will get into the specifics of your business model to build a successful online business that pays. We will understand what suits your online business needs better – website, sales funnel, social media, chat platform and more.
Day 11 – BUILDING BLOCKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
On Day 11, we will go deep into each of the formats you can use to launch your successful online business – Website, Sales Funnel, and Social Media Channels.
Day 12 – LET’S CREATE YOUR BUSINESS SKETCH
On Day 12, it’s time to bring it all together. This is where you will have to do a lot of reflective work over the past few days, sketch the big picture containing everything from target customer, focus keywords to your key competitors, and more. It’s time now to talk about the Moolah. 😊 On Day 13, You need to put your entrepreneur hat on and start thinking into the future. Today is about penning down our revenue goals, associated costs, cash flow and over-financial planning.
As a Solopreneur, you may not need to spend hours crunching the financial statements, but its critical to have a plan which you will continue to review on an ongoing basis. You should have a template that has your 1-3 Year Plan with projected financial statements. This will help you keep in control of money, which is critical to your business success.

MODULE 5 – BUILDING THE ONLINE BUSINESS
In this module, we will be looking at different online business models which you can choose to launch your successful online business that pays.
Day 14 – BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE
On Day 14, we will understand how you can build your website from scratch. We will look at each element of building a website, from the Content management system to Domain and hosting, website builders, search engine optimization and Search Engine Marketing, indexing your site on search engines, and getting your first customer from your website. And believe me, you don’t need a technical background to make this happen – Yes, you may need to get some freelance work done in between to speed up your business curve.
Day 15 – BUILDING YOUR FUNNEL
On Day 15, we are going to talk about sales funnels. They will become your superweapon to scale your online business at speed, and I am quite excited to get use started! Don’t mind if I geek out on this one a little, as it is one of my favorite strategies to launch a successful online business with a continuous stream of target customers and make money online doing what you love.
Day 16- BUILDING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA/BLOG
Did you know that you can also create your business entirely in the Social Media or Blogging Ecosystem? This is what we will explore on Day 16. There are so many bloggers, influencers, affiliates who have built a successful 7 figure online business worldwide using just a social media platform like Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and more.

Well, who said there are no free lunches? On Day 16, I will also share ways to monetize your social media channels and make money online with you.
Day 17 – LANDING PAGE CREATION
Let’s say you don’t want to get into the complexity of building a website. You still need to get your target audience from social media or wherever you are driving traffic to a place where you can entice them to join your mailing list and then sell/upsell/cross-sell your offerings.
Essentially, you need a landing page where you can get opt-ins and sell your offering. There are both paid and free landing page creators. This is what we will cover on Day 17.
Day 18 – BUILDING BUSINESS ON MOBILE (WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS)
People ask me if we should sell on WhatsApp…I would say it’s a great platform for small business owners – after all, over 500 million users are on the app, and they could be your customers. We will cover this in detail on Day 18.

Day 28 – ALL ABOUT SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
This is a huge topic to cover in a single day, but as I mentioned – You need to know what’s relevant to get your business off the ground successfully, and the rest you’ll learn along the way. Tools like Yoast and Rankmath are quite simple and comprehensive for beginners, so you must install your preferred plugin. We will cover more on this on Day 28.
